QA/QC Introduction

We have set up a modernized quality assurance system.

Our aim to pursuing good quality has been deep into the mind of each staff. We have strict QC system to guarantee the superior quality. Well trained IQC inspectors examine the raw materials carefully and record the condition of each lot for future tracking. Only the correct and qualified raw material is adopted.  PQC tracks any steps that may affect the quality.  Production will not start until PQC confirms the approval of the first article parts. PQC picks out no less than 5% of total quantity in each lot for on-spot inspection and records the result in inspection sheet. They interact with the QC and production department closely to stop the defects from flowing into the next process, enhancing the utilization rate of the facility. FQC inspectors inspect the finished products according to AQL and release only qualified products.
